THE SOUTH GEORGIA CONFERENCE MEN'S RETREAT AT EPWORTH BY THE SEA |
Is just around
the corner on April 24th-26th, 2009 with Rev. Jim Jackson from Texas as our key
note speaker. Pres. Chuck Cowart has mailed flyers out to Dist. Supt. and Dist.
Presidents for distribution to all men of our great conference to register. WE
need golfers for the tournament $50 each again at Coastal Pines Golf Course in
Brunswick, Ga. on Friday the 24th with practice at 11AM and Tee at 12 noon. IN
the attachments below are forms to sign up and send your money in to register
and also for sponsoring a hole @ $100 each. I am asking each District Supt to
sponsor their district and asking each District UMMen president to agree to get
10 hole sponsors to underwrite our many projects throughout the conference. Mail
your registration in to Treasurer Ray Andrae at PO box 916 Fort Gaines,
Ga.39851. Thanks for your assistance. We look forward to seeing you in April at
